A short, honest account of what data Memel Biotech collects from you when you use the directory.
What data we collect
By default we ask you for nothing personal to browse the directory. Data is only collected when: (1) you fill out the request form at /request-site-audit (name, company, email, message), (2) you sign up for our newsletter, (3) you have consented to analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 tracks page views and referrer source.
Cookies
On first visit you see a cookie consent banner. Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 does not start. No advertising or tracking cookies are ever used. You can withdraw consent at any time — the preference is stored locally (localStorage), not on our servers.
How we use the data
Form data (audit requests, newsletter signups) is stored in our systems so we can contact you. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are most useful so we can improve them. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for advertising.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to: request a copy of your data, request that we correct it, request that we erase it ("right to be forgotten"), withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. We respond to requests within 30 days.
Third-party services
We use: Cloudflare (CDN and DDoS protection, EU servers), Google Analytics 4 (consented analytics), Hostinger (site hosting, EU). These services have their own privacy policies — review them directly on their websites.
